Finnova is a European Foundation with headquarters in Brussels and Spain, whose main actions are the search for financing opportunities, the commitment to training, entrepreneurship and private public partnership.
The objective of the agreement is to create a cooperation framework between these institutions in order to promote, train and advise municipalities and cities associated with climate change issues.
The cooperation agreed between both institutions will materialize in projects that would be the object of specific agreements whose considerations and characteristics would comply with the objectives and the general lines of action established in this collaboration agreement.
